SB 2099

Did any of you guys hear about the bill introduced in Congress call SB 2099, its states in short that when you do your 2009 tax returns that you will be required to list all your firearms and then pay 50 dollars per weapon for a gun tax, worse yet, the Senate won't even have to vote on it to make it law!! It will be considered an amendment to the 1986 tax bill and just has to be approved by the Finance Committee. For more info contact www.senate.gov and inquire about bill SB 2099 then you better be contacting your senaters and representitives soon, I emailed mine today!!

I goolged the HR 45, and thats a real bill but apparently the SB 2099 is a hoax, there is plenty of info about HR 45 though and that is scarey enough, its a federal based system to register all gun owners by finger print photo and SS#
