The serial#s all match starting with the letters (sa) followed by four numbers I believe this weapon is rare.

that doesn't help much but from my research colts serial numberes for older model single actions didn't start with SA,,it wasn't untill after 1978 that the serial numberes started with SA,,early colts didn't have the SA prefix from the information i get from refrence sites and books ,,this could be why it's in such great condition ..
