Ruger MK II 22 Cal Long Rifle and M1 Carbine

I am trying to sell a Ruger MK II 22 Cal Long Rifle and I need to know the value.

I laso have a M1 Carbine that I am trying to sell as well.

Anyone know the approximate value???

hello ,,we will need more info on bothe guns before we can give an acurate value on them ,,the ruger we need to know barrel lenght and stainless or blued ,,the carbine i'd like to know a little more ,,1st the manufacture ,,which is proably located under the rear site if you can read it ..alot of these have a adjustable rear site and it can be sommwhat difficult to tell exactly who made it try to see at least a couple letters..winchester ,inland ,saganaw,ibm,national postal meter ,rockola,quality hardware and irwin pederson made them and there all different in price,,there were also companys such as universal and iver johnson that mage them after the war and these don't demand the value the ww2 rifles will demand ,, when valueing a ww2 carbine alot of things come into the picture for an accurate value ,,is it import stamped on the barrel? this may say blue sky or interarms arlington ordance or something usually marked on the left or right side near the front site ,,then you need to know how correct it is and this is determined by the number of correct parts it has ,,the top of the barrel should have a date and a maker right behind the front site and this will help alot,,also a pic may help me to see thing such as if it has a bayonet lug on the barrel and the type of stock it has ,,these are very important when you go to sell it because correct guns will demand higher preimums over mismatched or rebuilt guns and import stamped guns are less valuable than non import stamped guns ,,so give me some more info and i'll try to give you a good value for your items ..

Here is what I can see....It says U.S. Carbine CAL 30 M1....underneath the site it looks like the initials N J.

The Ruger looks like it has a 3 1/8 inch barrel with the black/blue steel.

I also have a Bauer Automatic .25 Caliber with the Pearl Grips

ok your ruger sounds like a standard mkII 4" and value for it woule be 200 good -250 vg ,,your bauer 25 acp would be 150 good-200 very good,,the m1 carbine may be plainfeild model made in NJ,,in which case it may have a black or blued steel vented upper handguard without a bayonet lug attached to the front band ,,if this is what you have there not as valuable as a gi issue carbine but a good carbine none the less and value would be between 200-350,,if it is a gi m1 carbine the values could be double or more depending on the maker.. hope that sounds like your carbine,,the above prices are at auction or in a private sale situation,,dealers would proably offer as follows for the ruger mkII 125-150,,the bauer 100-125 and the carbine (if a Plainfeild )proably around 200,,
