i was cleaning out the attic of my dads house after his funeral and found this rifle in an old dusty case. turns out it was given to him after his fathers passing, and now i have it. i have never heard of this caliber, nor can i find anyone that has and would like to know anything i can about the rifle. thankyou in advance for any and all help

hello ,,your dads remington was made between 1964 and 1967 and 35 remington was one of the calibers it was chambered for ,,a good deer sized caliber for brush hunting,,and ammo is still in production,,the 600 was a nice looking rifle but never took off in the sportsmans eyes ,,value is in the 400good -600 excellent range ,,mabey a little more if really clean ..a dealer may offer you 200-300 for it but i wouldn't let it go for that unless your desperate and need the cash ..500 would be a fair price for it ,..if it's pretty clean ,,
