I have a Model 11 16 gauge that is in VG or near mint condition. it has engraving of a Pheasant on the right side and a duck on the left. On the left side above the trigger it has the markings ” Remington, Reg. US. Pat. OFF 1549621″, on the barrel it has the markings ” MOD RPP” with what looks to be a sideways heart shape. on the right side of the barrel it has a R.E.R with a Diamond shape. On top of the barrel it has the browning Pat’s all the way to 812.326. If this gun has ever been fired then i sure cant tell it. I bought it at an estate sell where an old couple who were in their late 90’s died. they were rarely at home because they traveled the world and it showed from all the things they collected from all over the world in their home. It looked like an exotic antique dealers shop. I payed $500 for it because i had never seen a gun of this age in this good of condition. especially in a gauge like 16, which i thought was a bit more rare. What might this gun actually be worth?
