Where in the Denver Metro area can one find reloading gun powder, bullets, inertia hammer or other reloading stuff. Big stores (Bass Pro, etc) sell out as soon as it arrives. Another said everyone had to be fingerprinted and background checked before they could sell smokeless powder (are you kidding--have you ever touched off a pile of smokeless powder--barely a poof!) Where is this stuff that was so common? Can I order online? Thor

Bass pro and Sports WH are a joke down there & WAY overpriced.
Go online & order what you need from these:
midwayusa
natchez ss
midsouth ss
cabelas
powder valley
Whoever said you have to be FP & checked are Full of S***, no law in CO to do that at all.
There is a gunshop in Ft Collins at that exit with the furniture warehouse, 1/2 mile from them or so on the left that usually have stuff in stock....but you will pay for it from them.
Online is your best bet even with hazmat fees its going to be way less than in towns anyplace in your area.

The guy claiming anybody with access (sales people) to reloading components was at Sports Authority which used to be Gart Sports and before that was Gart Bros--they sold out long ago.
I used to live in Ft. Collins. Do you hae the name of the place you describe or an email (or phone)
Are there firearms posted for sale on this board? I'm looking for some unusual stuff. Thor
