ruger made a 50th anniversary model single six 22 LR revolver with a 22 mag cylinder packaged in a red plastic case in 2003,,if this is what you have.. current book value is 350-425..

Or if it's the Mark II they were made in 1999 (I *THINK* that's a Mark II Serial no) I'm not sure what the book is but they go for around (or about) $300.
