your ranger shotgun was a trade name that was manufactured by H+R and is the same as there model 120 bolt action shotgun,,unfortunatly none of my books give values to them or dates ,,most older bolt action shotguns don't command much value wise..and in good or better condition i would say your ranger model would range between 75-150... if extra clean mabey a little more,, theres just not much demand for them in the collectors market,,but they have taken proably more game than most expencive shotguns thru the years and many people still use them as slug guns if choked properly
