PLEASE HELP!!!! NEED VALUE OF 22 SHORT REVOLVER 6 SHOT DOUBLE ACTION 3" BARRELL SERIAL#349818 MADE IN GERMANY IMPORTED BY GALEF OF NEW YORK ALSO NEED YEAR MADE PLEASE mint condition value please!!!
Mint condition? Looks like someone tried to vise the barrel or something... Can't say when it was made but they went out of business 30+ years ago. If I were to guess based on the design maybe late 20's or 30's. If you can find someone to give you 50 bucks for it take it and run!
Hello DEADEYE27, Your question was forwarded to me, I will tell you, it says from my 2010 Standard Catalog of
Firearms by Dan Shideler-on page 950,You have a basic model of a Rohm Gmbh ,it says ="This firm produced a variety of revolvers marked with various trade names that were imported into the United States prior to 1968.
Essentially there are three types-:1) solid-frame,gate loading models:2)solid - frame, swing out - cylinder
revolvers;3)solid-frame, swing-out cylinders, gate loading. They are of low quality and little collector
interest .JUNK, with virtually NO VALUE."
I'm sorry to say that this is not a collector item.
Also the picture you sent shows considerably amount of wear, and therefore, would not be in MINT condition.
If someone , in my neck of the woods, offered you $25.00 to $50.00, you would make money on this deal.
Almost forgot , yes these were all made in Germany.Hope this helps you, in your quest for the one.........Joe
First off there is nothing mint about your gun. Second the gun is a .22 short with that being said the ammo is a expensive as say a 9mm or so to shoot if u can find the tiny rounds. Third You beat with a lead pipe if your gun is in the pic, finsh is less than 50% and is not noraml wear from a hoster or other wise. There the value will go down more. In short you have a gun that ammo cost more for than the gun is even worth.
there worth abou 30 bucks
