Nope it's not it's a gun values not a gun for sale board If you looking for a G23 I assume you mean the Glock not the optics, head to gunbroker.com and expect to pay 475-500 for a new one.
If you like the .40 (Jam and Ram) round it's a good pistol of choice low maintenance and accuracy. Just make sure you test you ammo of choice if you depend on it, 40's can be finicky find the ammo your gun likes and stick to it.
