I have a Colt Python 357 Mpls. police special made in the Colt custom gun shop. It is 1 of 200 It is factory engraved with gold leaf lettering on it. The serial number is K44811. The local gun shop took delivery in 1981 we have had it since 1982. It is new, unfired in a wooden box with red velvet. 1855 to 1980, 125 years of police service. It has a badge with number 304 in it.
I am hoping someone can tell me the value of this gun.

Hi LES, this is one I don't think
we can help you with . My book lists Colt commemorative s, but not yours ,you need to get a hold of a colt collector, or auction house . Try Gunbroker, Cablas, Gander Mountain, or Pro Bass Shops. These are just a few to get you started.Look closely & you may see your model listed , If not try the Colt collectors association, they maybe able to help......Joe
