Hello, joined the group so I can hopefully find an answer. I bought my husband a Desert Eagle 44 6inch barrel chrome weapon that is new in the case and has never been fired except the test shot which is also with the case. This is made in Israel by Magnum Research. Paid 1600 in 2007 and the manufacture date is also 2007. I need to sell it and wondered what the current value is or what I should sell it for. Your help is so appreciated!

your desert eagle is a fine weapon and have become very popular these days, and that said the book value for a new in box desert eagle is only 1300..and add another 100-200 for the chrome finish so your right around 1400-1500 for it ..the market is slow for high dollar pistols right now and even though it's never been fired it's hard to make people beleive that! everyone is looking for a deal and i'll venture to guess that the dealer you bought it off of will only offer you around 700-800 for it because his cost on it when you bought it was proably around 1000-1100,,but thats the markup game and unfortunattly thats the way dealers make money..
