Inherited a 12 gauge side-by-side shotgun

made by Eastern Arms Company 101.7

Has some numbers below that reading:

1, then a 1 that is horizontal, 2,7,9

on the opposite side of the chamber, it has "5100"

I do not know the age of the gun, but I know it is more than 40 years old, possibly dating back to the '40s.
