need to know if it's a rifle or carbine and has it been altered any or still in military configuration,,Krags have gone up quite a bit if original and not sporterized..

I think the stock is cut down and they embedded a silver dollar on each side of the rifle stock.

after checking my books on your serial number it should be a rifle model,,if original with original stock in poor condition vales are 300-450,,very good or better would range from 1200-1800 to a collector or at auction depending on originality and correctness,,a dealer may go as high as 500 for an original if "you" know what its worth before you go in his shop..if not he would proably offer you between 150-250,,it's called the dealer game ,,he buy as cheap as he thinks you'll accept..if you don't know better!
