my winchester 94 serial # is 3107217 could you tell me what it is worth. It has ingraving on the receiver and it also has the case hardend color

Your rifle was made in 1968. Typically the Model 1894 was all blued for finish. It is probably a commemorative or "antiqued" issue rifle. I have seen them for sale in the $600 to $750 dollar range.
They have been for sale for a while. Does your rifle look like the photo?
