a luger is one of the hardest guns to give values on ,,because there alot of factors you have to concider, including ,,original finish,,matching numbers on all parts including the mag,,markings and dates on top of receiver ,,which german proofs ww1 or ww2,,these are the pheonix's i think your talking about,,they should have a number underneith them for the inspector ,,the grips on yours are very clean,,they may be a replacement,,,may not..the most important thing is matching numbers ,,you said the serial is 9541 i beleive if memory serves me right there should be the number 541 on any visable part ya can see a number on ,,the top date is very important also along with any codes like S/42 or BYF or crowns or words like Erfurt or mauser,,need more info before we can give ya some kind of balpark figure ,,but keep in mind that certain lugers are very valuable and i might be able to give you book prices and some history ..you should have it professionally aparaised because there were soo many variations that can easily be over 1000 and up to 5000+ dollars depending on correctness+ matching examples and makers or country of origin,,just a guess for now with the markings you show i would say it's a ww2 example but i can't venture a guess for values without the other markings..
