hello,,i beleive these used a full wadcutter and they should still be available ,,i'd try local gunshows or mabey try old west scrounger,,he usually has oddball cartridges ,,
,,a friend of mine had a 38 match goldcup some years back and ammo isn't available thru chain stores but i'm sure theres some out there somewhere ,,like i said larger gunshows usually have ammo dealers at them who usually have a large varity of obsolete ammo,,but it may not come cheap..as for a value of your pistol i'd say around 1000 in good-vg condition,,and mabey a little more at a good auction or to a colt collector..
