looking for a rifle

I am looking for a 222 rifle in good shape for a good price

savage made the 340 in 222,,remington made the old 788 in 222,,savage may have a 110 chambered for 222 i beleive you can get a savage single shot 219 model with a 222 barrel,,older remington 700 were still chambered for 222,,those are some choices of guns ,,look over on gunbrokers .com and search some manufactures quoted and see what ya can find price wise,,with the every raising price of ammo i'd look at the 223 caliber rifles ,,and shoot milsurp ammo to plink with ,,it's alot cheaper than a box of 222 rounds and pretty easy to find ,,most military ammo is also reloadable if your into reloading ..but it's your choice,,
