KImber Tactical Pro II - Not The Safest Choice To Say The Least

I can’t really say that I’ve heard all the complaints that were made about this gun, but I’ve read a lot and each time there is something new.

If you want to read some of the reported problems with Kimber yourself you might want to check the discussions  here but there are many more.

Has someone heard about official complaints? After all it is not much of a self defense if the gun attacks us for no apparent reason. Beside it often attracts less experienced user because it is considered cool and their ability to cope with problems can put them at risk.

Everyone knows that it is flawed but no one warns unsuspecting customers.

Not fair.

One Response to KImber Tactical Pro II - Not The Safest Choice To Say The Least

  • Jason responded:
I just received a Kimber Tactical Pro II as a plainclothes duty weapon. I have been in law enforcement,a tactical team officer and tactical/firearms instructor since 1988. I had also heard some grumbling about Kimbers in general, which concerned me at first. After 300 rounds through the gun as preliminary "break in" right out of the box, head shots at 25 yards without sight adjustment, with ZERO issues it appears to be a nice balance of features, firepower and concealability.
