the jennings j22 started production in 1981 ,,not an expencive pistol but they worked ok,,value is around 100-125 in the condition yours appeares to be in,,

If you take it apart be very observant, someone brought one of these to me fix since it wouldn't fire. I can't remember if it was just a spring or what but it was not obvious which side went towards the front or the back and they had reversed it when they re-assembled it. I couldn't tell either, I just remember switching it to see what happens
In any case it's not a gun you want to bet your life on, it's in a plinker class...

They wholesaled for $49 in the 1980s when I was a dealer. I sold them for $69 back then. Ive seen em at about $100 in pawn shops this year.
OK for a snake pistol, but not much else and nothing over 15 feet so to speak....
