Hello
Dad had alot of guns and the last one I got from him was a japanese war trophy rifle, that is what the tag says. That is all it says. I wanted to know if it has any value or if it's just a nice gun from dad.
Thanks
Justy

Can you post a photo or provide more info?

Are there any markings on the gun?

Model? Metal Condition? Wood condition? caliber? Extra holes? Better yet, a photo!
Dont ask what its worth without giving some info!!

Yes, there are Japapnese markings on the top of the barrel and a 7 to the left side the markings. It's a single shot rifle. I will have to go to my sis's home, have no way to take a photo from home.
Thank you

No, it doesn't. It is 40" long total, the wooden part only measures 24", it also has to bolt lever on top that pulls downward to the side to open. Iit stands up about 1 1/4", it's pretty distinctive.
Thanks
