I have an Ithica field grade 20 gauge side by side that I've been shooting for 40 years....as far as I know the gun was manufactured between 1928-1949....the serial number is 229029.
I was wondering exactly what year the gun was made and the approx. value.
The gun is in great condition. I still hunt with it..
I was offered $1000 for the gun 40 years ago when I was 13....
