hello ,,from my experience with taurus pistols they are very good pistols ,,i have a md 92 that shoots great ,,used to own a md 66.. 357 revolver that shot great and i've owned a couple others thru the years that never gave me any problems at all ,,the 85 i beleive is a snubby and my bro in law has one of the titanium model snubbies he carries with him all the time and he swears by it for dependability,,and taurus carries a lifetime warrentee with there handguns ,,
just my 2 cents worth on taurus handguns ,,
