Does anybody know the value of a Helwan 9mm auto handgun? It was made in Egypt and imported by Inter Arms of Alexandria, Va.

the helwan was the egyptian model patterened after the beretta brigadeer model 1951 and current values range from 175 good -250 excellent ,,mabey a little more if extra nice,,there were many imported into this country about 10 years ago ..but it seems as though they have dryed up and collectors value has rizen on them ,,when they first hit the shores they could be had for around a hundred bucks,,they seem to function and feel like the newer 92 models ,,which i beleive the 92 was patterened after with the addition of higher capacity mags wells ,,dealers won't pay much more than 100-150 for them,,there a well made pistol and finish is pretty good for a military pistol..
