hello,,it sound like your useing low power feild loads,,try some different shells or a high brass load and see if that works before you spend any money on repairs,,if still the same a good cleaning may be what it needs ..doesn't sound like a repair problem..

i dont have a barrel i just need a butt stock to finish my gun its for my son for xmas thank you for your reply
