IMR4350 has a grain diameter of .039' and a length of .084', unfortunately, that is the same as IMR4831.

I can identify powders usually by matching the look and the smell, but Bullseye and Power Pistol [Bullseye 84] have the same look and smell. I must measure density to tell Bullseye from Power Pistol.

Shoot one - unless you loaded some grenades way back when, you should be able to safely tell what you've got by the recoil and report.

There is no way short of sending the powder to a lab to be tested for burning rate. As they are both the same shape i.e. stick powders and look the same.
