Your rifle dates to 1913. The dominant factor in value determination is the condition of the rifle. Special order features comes in a close second. So we have two things I need. Very nice doesn't tell me much. What I need to know is how much of the bluing is present and the condition of the wood? Then, is it an octagon or round barrel? If round, is it a rifle or carbine configuration? You describe it as having a nickle finish but these a
quite rare. If in fact it is, it adds significantly to the value. But, if in fact the receiver has been buffed or sanded to the point tha all the blue is gone it is bad news. Some photos would really help with many of these points.
