I inherited my mom's Winchester model 100 .243 with a Galaxy 4 by 32 scope, the gun was purchased in 1968 when my mom married my stepfather, it has only had approx. 10 rounds shot. Can u tell me how much it is worth, it is in excellent condition. RB

hello ,,your model 100 in the condition stated would proably bring around 400-450,,but there was a problem with these and in 1990 winchester recalled them because there was a chance if the fireing pin broke and got lodged into the fireing pin hole in the bolt that there was a chance of it fireing while the bolt was closeing casuing damage or injury to the shooter or gun or both ,,winchester has a toll free number to see if your md 100 was repaired please before shooting it call 1-800-852-5234 and check to see if it was sent back for the repairs!!! ..
