I have s springfield J.Stevens arms 16 gauge single shot from chicopee falls, mass. and I want to know the year.

i don't suppose it has a model number on it.. does it?? proably around 25-50 bucks without a model number,,

I was at a gun auction and a saw a 16 gadge J Stevens Arms & Tool Co single shot break, sell for $500...
