I have aquired a model 94 30-30. I know it is a post '64 model. Plastic butt and the absence of blueing. It was produced in 1972. Model #3629556. It has some surface rust. The barrel is clear with no visible signs of pitting. The wood is in perfect shape. What was used instead of blueing?What is the value? Is it usable with a little tlc. I would like to fire it, but am a little uneasy.
