I have an octogon bbl 1893 in 32wcf stock shows alot of wear but finish isnt terrible has a couple of cracks 24 inch bbl blueing is pretty much gone but metal isnt in too bad of shape #s are 294xxx any idea of the value ??

I am willing to bet you have a Winchester model 1873in 32WCF. And if so the serial number would put its date of manufacture in 1889. Based on your description it isn't going to be worth much. If I read it clearly the wood finish shows a lot of wear and is cracked. The metal has little or no blueing left. You pretty much have a parts gun which might get you $400 or so. These rifles are only worth much more if they are in fairly good to excellent condition.
