I have an Iver Johnsons 20 guage Champion shotgun, serial number 42012 A. I believe it is in very good condition. It was my grandpa's (I'm 66). To this day it fires a Browning 2 1/2 inch 1 OZ 8 shot quite nicely. The bore has been maintained by me and appears to be okay. How can I find out the current value? At what point might one be concerned about the condition of the bore in regards to firing this piece?
