Can you give me the serial number of the rifle? And also plese read this post of mine. It will help me give you a realistic number based on the condition of your rifle. It would be easy to be way off just based on what you have told me. I am especially interested in why you refer to it as having a nicle steel receiver and lever. Some of the 1894 SRC rifle have Nickle Steel stamped on the barrel. It sounds like all the bluing may be sanded/buffed off the receiver and lever. If so the value number is not going to be a big one.
