I have a Winchester Mod 94 Mod.1894 NRA Centennial 1871-1971 Commerative (30-30 lever action repeating with 24" barrel.)I have the original box. The rifle is in excellent condition.I'm not sure if it's been fired. I cant determine if it is grade 1, high grade, or custom high grade. This is the only way I can get the value. How can I tell? serial # is NRA 3618. Can anyone help with the value on this?

Guest,

I do not do much with commemorative issues but have been able to come with some numbers for you.
There were 21,000 rifles in this issue and 23,400 musket variations prodeced. Your serial number puts you in the early portion of the run but that probably won't transfer into much of a premium.

There was just one on Gunbroker with bidding starting at $550. It, like yours was in perfect condition. Medallion in the stock. I have seen reference to different metal used on the medallions and they may indicate the grade of the rifle. I'll do a bit more digging.
