I have a Winchester 92 in .32 WCF with a 24" octagon barrel. I believe it was made in 1924. SN is 929053. Elevator rear sight, crescent butt plate. The wood is original, rifling is good. The gun was reblued some years ago and has not faded at all. I know this hurts the value, but how much is it still worth?

That rifle was made in 1924. There were just over a million Model 1892 rifles produced. You are correct in that the rebluing really hammers the value from a collectors point of view. You are looking at less than $1000 if the wood is in real nice shape. The parts of these old guns can be quite valuable but again the blue renders large portions of the rifle unusable for others.

Good luck
