I have a Winchester 30 30, serial # 468xxxx. Can you give the the year of build and value? It is in good condition. The barrel has a few scratches in it. It looks like it was dropped and slid on some rocks.

The rifle was made in 1979. The sound it made while sliding down the rock were twenty dollar bills falling off of it. There have been almost 1.4 million sample of the same rifle made since this one. The face that it is less than real good condition hurts its value. It's probably a $250 to $300 gun if you find the right guy to buy it.
