I also have a Win. Ranger 30-30 with a gold trigger. Also has crossbolt safety and 1894-1994 on the side of it. I would also like to know the value of it.

I have one with serial numbers really close mine are 618's also, my gun was manufactured in 1995, your's will most likely be the same year, possibly ninety four though. from what i have researched and found out through numerous calls is you can't get a definite value of the gun with out someone having it in their possession to look it over. i have heard the gold trigger is nothing special or different, Winchester just made some guns in this model with a gold trigger. the approximate value of a good gun is around 350 to 500 depending on where and whom you are selling it to!! Hope to be of some help!! If you have any questions about your gun, call Winchester and ask them. they were extremely helpful to me and could probably answer a few of your questions!!

as for josh i'm not sure what the 1894-1994 means you may wish to call Winchester as well and provide them your serial number they will answer your questions and tell you the exacts of your gun also!!
