I have a win.model 94 30-30 serial # 3012950. can you tell me what year and how much it is worth. good condition

Your rifle was made in 1967. Winchester made production changes in 1964 that resulted in rifles being produced that are commonly considered of lower quality than the pre-64 examples. As a result your Model 94 will probably fall in the $300 to maybe $375 range. Though your description of good could leave some room for adjustment up or down.
