I have a Walther PPK 7.65 serial # 428843K with the Nazi National Insignia (eagle/world symbol with the capital letter F next to it) brought back with my dad from WWII. He was in the 3rd armoured division. Can someone advise to it's worth. The gun has good blueing and a few scratches.

hello,,the F indicates it was a police issue pistol and the frame is proably duraaluminum milled finish,, the proof your talking about is proably on the left side behind the trigger ?,,in vg condition they book for 700 and in exc condition around 900 being you have provanance with the pistol as a bring home i'd estimate around 1000 in value and mabey even a little more if you can document the history to a collector or at a good auction of ww2 german militaria,,
