I have a US Shooting Team Colt Gold Cup 45. It has 182USA on the frame. I purchased this gun in 1997 and put it away in the safe. It has never been fired. What is this guns current value?

hello ,,it sounds like you have a custom shop special edition and values for special edition custom shop guns ,,i could say that it should be around 1500NIB but thats based on the custom shops gold cup special edition IPSC 1911's that only 1500 were produced,,it may be a little higher to the right compitition shooter,,

I have seen two sell in the past 12 years . One sold for $1500 but had been shot considerably . The other sold in 2000 for $1800 and had been shot 50 rounds . I did verify that both sold for these amounts .
