I have a Sturm-Ruger Hawkeye .256 magnum handgun that is in very good condtion. It has a Weaver Scope mounter and is a low serial number. Any I idea if the value? I am going to take it to a gun show in the near future to see if it will sell. I shot it once 40 years ago and have not shot it since.

I also have a Ruger Hawkeye 256 pistol new in the box, any idea what they are worth now and how many were produced.

There were under 3,300 of them produced in 1963 and 1964.
I have been keeping pretty close tabs on the market for them, and have seen NIB guns go for anywhere in the $2,500 to $3,500 range.
One excellent example sold for just over $4,000.
