J Stevens Arms Company means 1920 to 1940.

Tube fed bolt in that period means model 86 or 66.

There's a decent photo of a 66 at this site: http://www.proxibid.com/asp/LotDetail.asp?ahid=1628& aid=33701&lid=9195174

You can see an 86 here: http://www.auctionarms.com/search/displayitem.cfm? itemnum=9804022.0

The 66 will have a slightly smaller projection out the back of the bolt. The 86 will have a more pronounced taper in the fore-arm.

Value is $45 to $175 depending, as always, on condition.
