I have a Ruger .44 Mag carbine that is giving me ejection/loading problems. It attempts to eject a fired round and chamber two rounds in the same action. I'm shooting 240gr. HP at 1600 fps.

you may need a good cleaning . the gas operated action is easily fouled. Especially if you shoot non-jacketed
