I have a Remington 410 Wingmaster shotgun w/ Filipino red walnut stocks; serial # S147019H.
I inherited it from my father; EXCELLENT condition. How do I find what year it was manufactured?

It'll be date code stamped on the barrel, if you go to the Remington Society of America there's a link on the left that will explain the barrel codes for dating. I'm unaware of a serial no list existing for 870's. Otherwise you have to call Remington and ask.
