show a pic.
Probably worth $300 to $500, depending upon condition. These were inexpensive boxlock shotguns made for the American market.
in reply to bram/gold40 I own an old Laurona 138OG boxlock s/s that I only paid 30 pounds for . i have done a lot of internet searching into history and although they appear to have been for american market In 1977 the year my gun was made they were priced at $2,000 with the sidelock at $5000 i cannot understand why they are deemed so cheap now . I use a new barretta 686e s . I
have shot a round of 50 with old gun and was amazed by the feel of quality that came from this old gun .my pal
shot my gun and was upset because he paid 250pounds for a newer model of same gun,It is ist time i have ever shot side by side and i am impressed with this old gun.also they cannot be such a cheap gun with so many of them still about being used.I would advise bram to put his gun back in the cabinet for another 20-30 years then maybe it will be worth something near the price it should be .
so actually the one I have isn't worth much? Its hammerless, double trigger, 2 3/4 chamber then it shows a 15P on it, but is rusty on the barrel
Valued between $200.00 and $500.00 depending on condition.
