I have a model 1894 serial # 203486 Hex barrel 32ws fair condition what would be approx value.

What's fair condition? An 80% blue with no other significant blemishes is a 1,2-1,300 gun.

If it is a "hex" barrel you have the only one in the world. That would be six sided and the Winchester has 8 sides which makes them an octagon barrel. Ther is a top, bottom, right, and left flat plus four other angled flats. The photo is from a "1 of a 1000" Model 1873.
