I have a May 16,1843 revolver that uses black powder and the serial# is A4324 on it and it says prfie italy on the barrow can some one tell me what it is worth?

if you got the date off the cylinder it is probably either a .36 or .44 caliber colt copy/reproduction of an 1851 colt navy .36.
