I have a Marlin 30-30 serial # 48593 does someone know the value?

hello is there a letter before the serial number?,,and does it have a model number on the barrel? should be some kind of model or date on the barrel,,need that for proper value..

Oct 11,1887 and April 2,1889 Pat dates. no other dates On back of barrel it say 38 W
