I have a H & R 32 cal 5 shot break top revolver that I inherited. The cylinder will not rotate completely to the next round. I believe the spring is installed wrong or is not strong enough.

I have very little other information on this gun. Is it worth repairing and from this is there any value?

This gun sells between $50.00 and $125.00 depending on condition
