I have a Glenfield-Marlin 30-30 model 30 GT s.n. 21007696 with 18 in. barrel,in excellent shape.
I would like to know the value and if anyone can tell me what the GT stands for,Thannks in advance for your help.

The GT stands for Glenfield Texan. Marlin called all straight grip 336's Texans. Only 7,737 were made. Value is hard to tell without seeing a picture of the gun. $300-$450 with the later being perfect including the original box. Very few come up for sale, and those who own them rarely sell theirs.
